On becoming a nutrition student and helping others find the joy in food.

As an (almost) full-time student again at the age of 33, I feel simultaneously better-equipped to take on this challenge than ever before in my life, and also completely uncertain about where this journey will take me! And I’m a new mom, so I’m also just plain ol’ tired ;)

As an expat living abroad, my path has always been an unconventional one. Now, I’m a mother, a student, an aspiring health and wellness professional. I’m juggling being a first-time mother to my vibrant one-year-old daughter, trying to really nail down my own time management as a distance dietetics and nutrition student taking classes completely online, find time to workout, run my household, and be a present wife and mother!

I don’t know where this final road will take me, but I do know one thing for certain.

I’m so incredibly excited about the prospect of helping people feel better in their bodies, their mind, their daily lives. Food can be such joy, and I want everyone to find that joy in eating healthy foods that fuel their own individual body well, as well as their families.

Any questions about the journey? Taking the plunge yourself? Just ping me :)
